Meet a concept of a fully decentralized crowdsourcing platform. The platform that would connect task requesters and workers directly without a middleman. A middleman, which charges high fees, forces workers to work long hours in crowded offices and also can be biased towards people of certain identities, minorities and genders.

All requester-worker interactions, including job requests, task submissions and, therefore, money transactions, are persisted on a blockchain and are governed by consensus algorithms.

The platform focuses on campaigns consisting of a series of bite-size tasks that require human input. Ranging from completing surveys to labelling pictures or analyzing sentence sentiments to train ML models.

In a nutshell, our goal is to bring fair job opportunities to those who need it the most, people who might be in vulnerable or unfavourable situations, while offering job requesters access to a larger and more diverse pool of workers.
